These terms govern the use of the services and products provided by ROSE BLUE BABY SHOP. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms:

• Shipping Responsibility
  Once products have been handed over to the courier company, ROSE BLUE BABY SHOP is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the shipping company. However, we will assist the customer in filing claims with the courier if needed.

• Address Errors
  It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order. In cases of incorrect addresses, any additional re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
